Key Responsibilities:1. Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
2. Handle confidential correspondence and communication (email, phone, letters)
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
4. Maintain and organize files, documents, and records (both digital and physical)
5. Run personal errands and manage household or private appointments (if required)
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
7. Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and expense reports
8. Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters
9. Support event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, or personal functions
