As a Photographer at Jumbo Homes, you will be responsible for capturing stunning images and videos that showcase our luxury properties in the best light possible. Your expertise in photography, video editing, Adobe Photoshop, and video making will be crucial in creating visually appealing content that will attract potential buyers.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct photo shoots of interior and exterior spaces of our properties, ensuring that each image captures the essence of the home.
2. Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal, paying special attention to lighting, color correction, and composition.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional materials, including social media posts, brochures, and website content.
4. Create virtual tours and walkthrough videos that give potential buyers a comprehensive view of our properties.
5. Manage the photography equipment and props, ensuring that everything is in proper working condition.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring that our properties are presented in the best possible way.
