About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Support the sourcing and supply chain functions by coordinating with vendors, managing procurement and logistics, and assisting the team in ensuring timely and efficient material delivery for ongoing design and interior projects
2. Collaborate closely with our core team to streamline supply chains and build scalable systems that make buying for construction efficient, transparent, and reliable
3. Source materials and services based on project requirements
4. Support vendor outreach, onboarding, and price benchmarking
5. Update and maintain our product and vendor database on Supp-ly.com
6. Track order fulfilments and assist in delivery coordination
7. Support backend documentation for quotes, POs, and invoices
8. Collaborate with the sales, project, and design teams to ensure procurement alignment
9. Participate in market research, pricing audits, and process improvement exercises
