About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Daily database calling & health check: Make outgoing calls to validate, update, and maintain the health of existing property lead databases regularly.
2. Script customization based on project: Tailor telecalling scripts for different real estate projects based on target audience and inventory type (residential, commercial, plots).
3. Conduct cold calling campaigns: Execute cold calling drives on legacy data, old inquiries, or walk-in visitors who didn’t convert, to revive interest.
4. Log missed calls & redial strategy: Track missed incoming calls, maintain logs, and ensure timely redials with structured follow-ups.
5. Pre-visit briefing to clients: Brief confirmed clients about project highlights, location route, and required documents before scheduled site visits.
6. Support virtual property showcases: Coordinate and assist sales executives in setting up video walkthroughs or online property showcase appointments.
7. Voice quality monitoring (self-check): Regularly self-monitor and improve voice modulation, tone, and language for better telephonic engagement.
8. Maintain call quality reports: Document call outcomes, objections raised, and interest levels for each lead to be analyzed during team huddles.
