From capturing breathtaking photos and videos to editing images and videos using Adobe Photoshop and other editing software, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential buyers and tenants to our properties.
Key responsibilities:
1. Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, both interior and exterior.
2. Edit images and videos to enhance their visual appeal and highlight key features of the properties.
3. Create engaging virtual tours and walkthroughs to give viewers an immersive experience.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
6. Maintain a consistent brand image across all visual assets.
7. Ensure all visual content meets the company's standards and guidelines.
