About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understand and familiarise yourself with our product and display/video ad ecosystem
2. Analyse and cater to the customized needs of each account
3. Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve their concerns
5. Assist users in understanding and using the Unibots tool effectively
6. Ensure users optimize their ad layouts and use Unibots optimally
7. Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers, promoting customer retention
8. Manage post-sales client relationships and work with the Ad Ops and other teams to upscale accounts
9. Revive and re-engage accounts that have previously worked with us
