Key Responsibilities:1. Sales funnel optimization: Analyze inquiry-to-conversion flow and identify gaps or delays in the sales funnel to improve overall closure rates.
2. Revenue tracking across projects: Monitor revenue inflows project-wise and generate reports comparing actual vs. forecasted sales.
3. Campaign ROI analysis: Evaluate performance of paid campaigns (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp) by tracking conversions and cost-per-booking metrics.
4. Sales advisor performance monitoring: Assess individual sales team performance against targets and highlight improvement areas or support needed.
5. Offer strategy coordination: Work with the marketing team to design timely offers or limited-period schemes to boost short-term revenue.
6. Inventory velocity tracking: Identify which units or configurations are moving fast vs. slow and suggest strategic pricing or push strategies accordingly.
7. Client re-engagement planning: Create follow-up strategies for warm or lost leads that can be revived and re-targeted for conversion.
8. Weekly revenue growth dashboards: Maintain and present weekly dashboards showing revenue trends, pending payments, high-performing channels, and project performance.
