About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead engagement & filtering: Actively call, message, or email new leads to qualify them based on budget, location, and property preferences.
2. Digital pitching & virtual follow-ups: Conduct detailed virtual presentations or property walkthroughs using digital brochures, WhatsApp, and video calls.
3. Appointment scheduling: Coordinate site visits or tele-meetings by aligning client availability with sales team schedules.
4. Sales script optimization: Adapt and improve sales pitches/scripts based on market trends and prospect feedback.
5. Cold calling campaigns: Execute targeted outbound calling on inactive or old leads with a fresh approach and updated offers.
6. Project knowledge mastery: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, floor plans, pricing, legal documentation, and RERA approvals for all assigned projects.
7. Coordination with field sales & documentation team: Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the field sales team or documentation desk, keeping communication transparent.
