About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Client onboarding & orientation: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients by explaining project timelines, payment plans, documentation flow, and key stakeholders involved.
2. Relationship nurturing post-site visit: Maintain warm relationships with potential buyers after their site visits by offering continued support, updates, and personalized follow-ups.
3. Customer retention & loyalty building: Create a relationship roadmap to ensure satisfied customers are guided toward referrals, repeat investments, or upgrades in upcoming projects.
4. Organizing client appreciation events: Assist in planning and inviting clients for walkthroughs, Bhoomi Pujan events, or milestone celebrations to deepen engagement.
5. Complaint handling & escalation management: Address any dissatisfaction, delays, or concerns raised by clients and ensure prompt resolution through proper escalation channels.
