About the Job
The relationship manager (for executing corporate loan proposals) will be responsible for assisting in all activities that are involved in syndicating a proposal. Sourcing is a core competency of the founder, but the candidate is encouraged to source a proposal, though it will not be his/her responsibility. We have a policy to incentivize the team for sourcing proposals. The relationship manager's active involvement is required in all steps of the syndicating process.Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing an information memorandum and the circulation of the same among various stakeholders.
2. Coordinating and following up with financial institutions and clients for sharing information and documents, resolving queries about the information memorandum, and circulating the same among various stakeholders.
3. Keeping an updated database of all your active cases and past cases with daily updates.
4. Maintaining and updating the database of lenders with details of product offerings, and conditions and the contact details of relevant persons.
Non-core responsibilities:
1. Identifying, registering for and visiting trade fairs and expos to source clients and lenders
2. Using various data sources to source data of potential clients and lenders
3. Compiling, sorting, and maintaining the database, as well as sorting and shortlisting potential clients based on certain guided parameters.
4. Drafting and sending marketing messages and emails.
