About the role:At Icareheal, a health-tech startup enhancing doctor-patient connection through intuitive and secure digital tools, we are looking for a Frontend Developer Associate to join our team in a role that combines hands-on frontend development with active participation in cross-functional collaboration.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their coding skills while also exploring the world of technical product management.
You’ll work closely with our Co-founder, designers, developers, and customer support team to shape a high-quality product experience, both in terms of code and user impact. If you have a strong technical foundation and are eager to contribute to the healthcare industry, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain responsive, performant user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
2. Translate UI/UX designs into functional components and features.
3. Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
5. Support mobile app development using React Native.
6. Review product requirements and provide structured, insightful feedback.
7. Benchmark product features against best practices and competitor standards.
8. Conduct beta testing, document bugs and usability issues, and track resolution progress.
9. Coordinate with UX/UI, development, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
10. Assist in preparing for product launch and post-launch support cycles.
