About the Job
As a Telecaller, your role will be vital in supporting our customer engagement and business development efforts.Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about our products/services.
2. Receiving inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
3. Maintaining accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and customer interactions.
4. Following up with leads in a timely and professional manner to ensure ongoing engagement.
5. Providing feedback to the team regarding customer responses and potential improvements.
6. Meeting daily/weekly calling targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
7. Adhering to company protocols and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
