About the Job
Type: Contract/Full-TimeCompensation: Base + Commission. The commission averages $500 for every client signed. The commission is uncapped.
We're seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Client Acquisition & Outreach Specialist to help expand our client base. You will reach out to law firms, real estate agencies, and accountancy firms, pitching our services, helping them understand the benefits of using AI in their business, and ultimately converting them into clients. There are millions of these types of businesses, so the opportunity is endless. This is not a typical sales role - you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how AI can solve real business problems. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our outreach strategy and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients who would benefit from AI workflow and automation solutions.
2. Manage cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, DM, calls, etc.) with a focus on genuine, value-driven conversations.
3. Find and qualify leads, conduct discovery and sales calls, and understand client pain points.
4. Guide prospects through the sales funnel—from initial interest to closed deal.
5. Create and post organic content on YouTube that educates and attracts potential clients. This content will be simple and you don't need to show yourself, it is just talking about how AI solves issues in certain industries. EG "use AI to respond to every lead" ChatGPT and AI tools can also be used to give you content ideas. Main thing we need is someone willing to learn and work hard to execute.
6. Maintain a simple CRM or pipeline tracking system to manage outreach and follow-ups.
