About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Speak with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom to convert them into trial class participants
2. Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable Harmoni wellness programs or yoga offerings
3. Follow up diligently with leads and maintain a warm and professional communication tone
4. Reach out to and onboard yoga instructors—explain Harmoni's mission, expectations, and onboarding steps
5. Assist with email marketing campaigns, outreach messages, and basic CRM updates
6. Coordinate with internal instructors to schedule trial sessions and ensure excellent client experience
7. Help manage our social media DMs, comments, and responses to improve engagement
8. Prepare and maintain basic reports in MS Excel and help the team with follow-ups and scheduling
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (mandatory)
2. Experience in communicating with US-based clients preferred
3. Comfortable handling professional conversations across email and phone with international clients
4. Strong spoken and written English communication skills
5. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools
6. A warm, confident personality with a genuine interest in wellness or yoga (not mandatory, but a plus)
