StarterSky is on a mission to empower the next generation of founders, builders, and innovators. We run hands-on, cohort-based sprints that teach ambitious young people how to validate ideas and build real products without code.We're looking for a passionate Sales Associate to help young founders and their parents discover our startup programs. You'll be the first point of contact for families exploring entrepreneurship education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct calls every day with students and parents interested in our programs
2. Guide families through program selection (2-week validation vs 4-week builder sprint)
3. Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
4. Host information sessions once a week on Zoom
5. Track all conversations and conversions
6. Answer questions about program structure, time commitment, and outcomes
7. Address parent concerns about age-appropriateness and value
8. Convert inquiries into enrolled students
9. Support students through the application process
