1. Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources across the organization
2. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings
3. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses
5. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
6. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
