2. Label visual objects in images using web-based tools (CVAT, Label Studio)
3. Annotate raw text for named entities (Person, Org, Loc, Job)
4. Log issues and edge cases clearly in English
5. Meet daily targets (250 - 400 labels) while maintaining quality
