Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation: Actively identify and source new leads.
2. Client Communication: Communicate with prospective clients effectively to understand their needs, pitch solutions, and provide relevant product information.
3. Client Management: Handle client queries and manage relationships from initial contact to closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
4. End-to-End Sales: Take ownership of the complete sales process, including follow-up, negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
5. Market Insights: Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales strategies and offerings.
6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute towards the company’s overall revenue goals.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of all sales activities and client interactions, preparing reports on a regular basis.
