About the Job
We’re looking for a full stack developer to join our fast-paced, high-ownership product team. In this role, you’ll work across the entire development stack- crafting intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and Svelte, while also building and deploying scalable backend systems in Python on modern AWS serverless infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in developing secure, reliable, and user-friendly applications that directly impact our users and solve real-world problems using the latest tools and technologies.Tech stack:
1. Frontend: React, Svelte, JavaScript
2. Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask)
3. Databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
4. Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, Cognito)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop frontend applications using React and/or Svelte, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
2. Build and maintain backend APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask), ensuring code quality, reusability, and security.
3. Implement and consume RESTful APIs, managing end-to-end concerns like authentication, input validation, error handling, and logging.
4. Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases for efficient data modeling, querying, and transactions.
5. Leverage AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, Cognito) to develop and deploy serverless applications.
6. Collaborate with product and design teams to define, iterate, and refine features based on user needs.
7. Follow modern development workflows: version control (Git), code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
8. Proactively address security, privacy, and scalability concerns across the stack.
9. Take ownership of features from conception to deployment and continuous improvement.
