About the Job
We are seeking a versatile and imaginative graphic designer to shape the visual language of multiple lifestyle brands within our portfolio. This role requires a deep design sensibility, a finger on the pulse of digital and cultural aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand narratives into compelling visual content. You will work closely with brand, content, and marketing teams to deliver design assets that are not just beautiful- but strategic and effective.Key Responsibilities:
A. Brand-aligned visual storytelling:
1. Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across multiple lifestyle brands
2. Create brand kits, templates, and guidelines, ensuring consistency across platforms
3. Translate brand strategies into visual narratives for both digital and print
B. Content design & creative development:
1. Design assets for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and print collaterals
2. Develop campaign creatives, lookbooks, product packaging, and event branding
3. Work with the brand team to turn concepts and moodboards into finished visuals
C. Motion & multimedia (preferred):
1. Create basic motion graphics for reels, stories, and promotional videos
2. Edit short-form video content in alignment with the brand tone (Adobe Premiere/After Effects proficiency preferred)
3. Collaborate with video and photo teams to enhance content output
D. Collaboration & feedback loop:
1. Work closely with brand managers, marketers, and content strategists for brief alignment
2. Iterate based on team and stakeholder feedback while upholding quality and intent
3. Ensure timely delivery of all design assets within brand and campaign timelines
E. Design trends & innovation:
1. Stay updated on global design trends, pop culture cues, and platform-specific formats
2. Suggest fresh design ideas and innovative approaches to elevate brand presentation
3. Maintain an evolving design inspiration repository for team reference and alignment
