As an HR Associate at Apex Consulting, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources operations. We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, and possesses excellent spoken and written English skills.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Conduct new hire orientation and assist in onboarding processes.
4. Help in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
6. Assist in performance management activities, such as performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the company's overall goals.
