As a Human Resources Manager at Nebula Technologies Labs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving employee engagement. Your expertise in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, as well as strong English proficiency (both spoken and written), will be essential in effectively managing HR functions.Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
2. Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and facilitating new employee orientation.
3. Overseeing performance management systems to support employee development and growth.
4. Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
5. Conducting training sessions on HR topics, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
6. Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
7. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and ensuring HR systems are up to date.
