As a Human Resources (HR) Trainee at Exlarise Software Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your interpersonal skills, effective communication, time management, English proficiency (spoken and written), and proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Word. 1. Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
3. Coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
4. Assist in performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to employees.
5. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
6. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
7. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review.
