About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Managing inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements and recommend the best available options.
2. Following up with potential leads to maximise conversions
3. Gather customer insights & assist in developing new product offerings and crafting engaging marketing campaigns.
4. Engaging in brand awareness and lead generation projects.
5. Actively engage in preventing order cancellations; Understand the reasons and help in constantly improving product/service offering.
6. Ensuring all customers' queries are attended to appropriately and timely manner
7. Resolve any customer escalations.
