We are currently looking for an instructional designer to conceptualize and lead the creation of transformative e-learning content for our internal teams, medical professionals, and patients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and lead the development of clinical and cosmetic learning content for e-learning platforms.
2. Collaborate with doctors, subject-matter experts, and QHT’s creative team to turn complex information into easy-to-understand learning solutions.
3. Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks to create engaging and learner-centric materials.
4. Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia content including animations, explainer videos, and interactive PDFs.
5. Ensure all training materials meet medical accuracy, visual branding, and learning outcome standards.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to content writers or junior designers when needed.
7. Demonstrate strong creative writing skills in simplifying medical procedures for diverse audiences including doctors, technicians, and patients.
8. Work fluently with digital tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Canva, HTML5, and Microsoft Office.
9. Manage content libraries, version control, and ensure periodic updates of digital assets.
