1. Develop innovative and engaging visual designs for a variety of projects
2. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create compelling visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns
3. Utilize Adobe After Effects and AI tools to create dynamic motion graphics and animations
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design and technology
7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects and initiatives
