About the Job

To represent XTempo – 10,000 steps in 10 minutes as a wellness brand ambassador at AWFIS coworking spaces. The PR Associate will actively engage with users, explain the science and benefits of the XTempo device, and ensure a seamless and positive user experience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
Greet and interact with individuals at AWFIS spaces, encouraging them to try XTempo and educating them on its benefits.

2. Product Explanation:
Clearly communicate how the XTempo whole-body vibration therapy works — equivalent to 10,000 steps in just 10 minutes — including its health and fitness benefits.

3. Demonstration & Onboarding:
Guide first-time users through a safe and smooth demo session. Ensure they understand posture, duration, and the experience.

4. Feedback Collection:
Engage users post-session to gather their feedback, testimonials, or reviews for internal insights and marketing use.

5. Daily Reporting:
Submit user data, engagement logs, and session reports at the end of each day.

6. Public Relations Presence:
Act as the face of XTempo within the AWFIS community—friendly, approachable, energetic, and knowledgeable.

7. Customer Query Handling:
Resolve doubts or concerns about usage, medical safety, or fitness benefits with accurate and reassuring responses.
8. Event Participation:
Support in wellness events, activation drives, and promotional campaigns conducted at AWFIS or by XTempo.

Ability to learn and explain technical product concepts simply
Fluent in English and Hindi (local language knowledge is a bonus)
Comfortable with using basic mobile apps for logging and reporting

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum Graduate in any stream (Preferably in PR, Communication, or Health Sciences)
1+ years of experience in public relations, customer service, or fitness-related engagement
Freshers with high enthusiasm and confidence are welcome

Working Hours:
Flexible shifts between 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Compensation:
To be discussed during the interview. Includes base salary + performance incentives
