About the Job
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and trend-savvy junior social media executive to support the personal branding of the founder and expand the digital presence of our associated organizations: Abadha Foundation and Duchenne India. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, editing tools, and reporting practices. You will be responsible for daily content execution, reporting, and coordination across multiple social channels.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow the following Instagram accounts:
a. Two founders’ personal accounts
b. Two Abadha Foundation accounts
c. One Duchenne India account
2. Repurpose and post content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
3. Create and edit Reels, posts, thumbnails, and stories using relevant tools
4. Use Scan-Y to track trends, analyze engagement, and optimize content strategy
5. Identify and implement trending audio, captions, and hashtags
6. Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual style across all accounts
7. Plan weekly content calendars in coordination with the founder
8. Submit daily performance and activity reports
9. Occasionally assist in virtual team coordination for campaigns and events
