About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Social media account operations and management:
1. Work on daily operations on major overseas platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content publishing, interactive responses, and follower maintenance.
2. Develop account growth strategies to increase follower base, engagement rates, and brand exposure.
3. Monitor account health, mitigate account suspension risks, and address account anomalies.
B. Content planning and creation:
1. Create highly viral multimedia content (graphics, short videos, livestreams, Stories, etc.) based on target market culture and user preferences.
2. Develop copy that appeals to overseas users, ensuring localization (English or a minority language) and avoiding cultural sensitivities.
3. Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce content, ensuring visual style and brand identity.
C. Advertising and paid promotion:
1. Develop social media advertising plans (such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads) and optimize campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
2. Analyze advertising data to adjust audience targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs.
3. Optimize content formats, posting times, and hashtags through A/B testing to improve operational effectiveness.
D. Influencer/KOL collaboration:
1. Identify and connect with influencers and micro-influencers in overseas niches and negotiate partnership models (paid/exchange).
2. Track collaboration results, evaluate the influencer's impact on product sales or brand exposure, and build a long-term resource pool.
E. Community operations and user growth:
1. Manage brand communities such as Discord, Telegram, and Facebook Groups, and plan interactive activities (such as AMAs and user-generated content solicitations).
2. Achieve organic user growth through methods such as recurring marketing and giveaways.
F. Competitive product and trend monitoring:
1. Analyze competitor social media strategies and identify potential levers.
2. Monitor algorithm updates and trending topics (such as TikTok challenges) on overseas social media platforms and respond quickly to them.
G. Cross-departmental collaboration:
1. Work with the sales team to convert traffic into leads or orders.
2. Assist customer service in handling overseas user complaints or public opinion crises.
H. Other responsibilities:
1. Manage social media operating budget and ensure resource allocation.
