Niruu is a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to helping individuals build and improve their credit through innovative rent reporting solutions. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Social Media Marketer to join our team and help amplify our brand across digital platforms.The Junior Social Media Marketer will assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging social media content that aligns with Niruu’s brand voice and marketing goals. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and building community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
2. Create and edit short-form content, including videos, graphics, and captions, tailored to each platform’s audience
3. Schedule posts using social media management tools and maintain a consistent posting calendar
4. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
5. Track performance metrics and provide insights for content optimization
6. Stay up-to-date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
Qualifications:
1. 0–2 years of social media marketing experience (internships or personal projects welcome)
2. Basic understanding of content creation, editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar), and social media algorithms
3. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
4. Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Passion for fintech, startups, or personal finance is a plus
