Key Responsibilities:1. Review and clean existing lead data for completeness, accuracy, and duplication.
2. Validate lead information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details.
3. Standardize data formats (e.g., names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations).
4. Identify and remove duplicate or invalid records.
5. Enrich lead data using online research and data tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clearbit (if available).
6. Import and export data between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
8. Maintain documentation of cleansing processes and data handling protocols.
