About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Strategic Planning and Goal Management
1. Develop annual/quarterly operational plans based on company strategy, break down and implement performance targets.
2. Monitor industry trends and competitive trends, optimize operational strategies, and enhance market competitiveness.
3. Regularly analyze operational data (such as ROI, conversion rate, and costs) and propose improvement plans.
B. Business Process Optimization
1. Streamline and optimize core business processes (such as supply chain, customer service, and product delivery) to improve efficiency.
2. Develop Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent team execution.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental resources (marketing, technology, sales, etc.) to drive project implementation.
C. Team Management
1. Responsible for building, training, and performance evaluation of the operations team to enhance team professional capabilities.
2. Assign tasks and oversee execution to ensure timely achievement of goals.
3. Establish incentive mechanisms to improve employee motivation and retention.
D. Resource and Cost Control
1. Prepare operating budgets and control labor, material, and marketing costs.
2. Manage supplier/partner relationships to ensure efficient resource utilization.
3. Monitor inventory, logistics, and other processes to reduce waste.
E. Customer and User Experience
1. Optimize user lifecycle management (acquisition, retention, and conversion) to improve customer satisfaction.
2. Handle major customer complaints or operational incidents to maintain brand image.
3. Implement user feedback mechanisms and collaborate with product teams to improve service.
F. Data-Driven Decision-Making
1. Establish an operational data monitoring system (such as key metrics like GMV, DAU, and repurchase rate).
2. Regularly generate analytical reports to inform management's decision-making.
3. Lead A/B testing or pilot projects to validate strategy effectiveness.
G. Risk Management
1. Identify potential operational risks (such as compliance and supply chain disruptions) and develop contingency plans.
2. Ensure business processes comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
