The 'project manager' role at Marcstrat LTD involves managing multiple projects, overseeing writers and collaborators, and ensuring smooth scheduling and appointment management. You will be responsible for both internal and external timeline management, establishing deadlines, and holding team members accountable. We regularly use generative AI tools and software to streamline processes, so familiarity with these technologies will be helpful. However, we will provide training on our specific tools and platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
2. Establish internal deadlines and manage timelines.
3. Oversee and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Occasionally contribute directly to project tasks as required.
5. Manage writers and collaborators on multiple projects.
6. Creative thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders respectfully and engagingly.
9. Comfortable with flexible working hours to accommodate clients in multiple jurisdictions.
