About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Drive B2C sales of mental health services, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mental health offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and check-ins as needed.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other KPIs related to client engagement and service enrollment.
5. Collaborate closely with the first responders and marketing teams to enhance the client experience and optimize conversion rates.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
