Our 3-month probation comes with the opportunity for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance, leading to a permanent, full-time role.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
2. Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
3. Maintain accurate call logs and customer info in the CRM system
4. Achieve daily and weekly performance targets while learning and improving sales techniques
Note:
1. Fixed salary with high-performance-based incentives
2. 3-month probation with pre-placement offer opportunities
3. Earning potential of up to ₹10 LPA (fixed + commissions) after PPO
