About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own the outbound engine across LinkedIn, Email & Calling to drive qualified leads and meeting bookings
2. Build lead lists using data platforms like Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
3. Set up and optimize campaigns on tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Dripify, or Heyreach (training will be provided as needed)
4. Collaborate with Growth & Sales teams to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages
5. Track and report campaign performance to ensure data-backed decision-making and continuous iteration
6. Maintain clean CRM and campaign workflows; attention to detail is key
