About the Job
This is not your average recruiter role. As a sales recruiter & team lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-powered, target-oriented outreach team, managing and mentoring 80+ interns while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in volunteer-powered fundraising. You won’t just hire – you’ll build a movement.Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end recruitment: From sourcing sharp minds to onboarding and offboarding with finesse – you own the entire intern lifecycle.
2. Team leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a robust team of 80+ interns toward daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
3. Revenue generation: Keep your eyes on the prize – drive your team to consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
4. Weekend execution: Independently plan and execute impactful awareness/fundraising events in your city on weekends.
5. Performance audits & reporting: Track intern performance, strategize improvements, and ensure KPIs are always on your radar.
6. Culture builder: Create a high-energy, accountable, and mission-driven environment where your leadership shapes the impact.
