About the Job
We are currently seeking a sales development representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team. If you're someone who thrives on outbound outreach, knows how to qualify leads, and wants to play a critical role in fueling our growth, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with B2B decision-makers.
2. Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach strategies.
3. Qualify leads by identifying business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority.
4. Set appointments and meetings for account executives to advance the sales funnel.
5. Collaborate with marketing on effective outbound messaging and target industries.
6. Log all lead activities and progress accurately in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
7. Meet or exceed KPIs related to outbound activity, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
8. Stay informed on industry trends to position our services competitively.
