Key Requirements
Strong expertise in system design and architecture
Experience writing sync logics between systems
Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js development
Hands-on experience with Docker containerization
Working knowledge of Redis for caching and data management
Experience working with enterprise clients and complex project requirements
Experience with open-source platforms: Commerce Tools, Payload CMS, Directus CMS (good to have)

Design and develop scalable backend systems using modern open-source frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability
Work directly with enterprise clients to understand and implement their technical requirements
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
