Key responsibilities:A. Build a resource system
1. Establish a multi-tiered KOL/KOC database for the Indian market (covering platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok), categorizing and managing it by industry, follower count, and engagement rate, with regular updates on activity and partnership performance data.
2. Develop localized screening criteria (e.g., follower profile match, content tone, CPE cost, etc.), adding no fewer than 50 new partners per quarter, with top-tier resources accounting for ≥20%.
B. Full-process partnership management
1. Implement standardized SOPs from negotiation and contract signing to content review and impact tracking, ensuring partnership compliance (e.g., disclosing advertising logos) and a 100% content approval rate.
2. Establish a long-term partnership mechanism, increasing the annual KOC reinvestment rate to over 40%.
