About the Job
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design, understands user behavior deeply, and has a strong eye for branding, colors, and visual consistency. You'll lead design projects and also maintain strong communication between the design team.Key responsibilities:
1. Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and delightful user experiences.
2. Design with empathy, considering age demographics, accessibility, and diverse user needs.
3. Maintain consistency in visual language, theme, and brand identity across all touchpoints.
4. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
5. Create and manage design systems, style guides, and brand assets.
6. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
7. Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
