About the Job
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized social media manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of content creation, social media trends, and a good eye for design and communication.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and schedule daily content across all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
2. Create engaging visual and written content including posts, graphics, and reels
3. Edit video content recorded by the CEO (including adding subtitles, cuts, transitions, etc.)
4. Provide voice-overs where needed for the CEO’s video content
5. Apply basic SEO practices to social media captions and video descriptions
6. Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize performance
Commitment and compensation:
1. Mode: Remote (full-time)
2. Availability: Immediate joiners only
3. Contract Type: Independent contract
4. Probation period: 3 months (renewal based on performance and business fit)
5. Monthly pay: ₹30,000 (INR)
6. Working hours: 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm IST Monday to Friday; 1.30 pm to 06.30 pm IST on Saturdays
