About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop social media strategies tailored to business goals, target audience, and platform nuances
2. Own content planning and calendar development for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
3. Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns aligned with brand positioning
4. Identify key audience segments and create messaging frameworks for each
5. Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform content direction
6. Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, stories, reels, carousels, and paid ads
7. Create social-first messaging for campaigns, launches, partnerships, and thought leadership
8. Adapt brand tone of voice across different platforms and audience types
9. Craft headlines, captions, hashtags, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions
10. Write copy for influencer and brand collaboration templates if needed
11. Analyze performance across platforms using native insights or tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
12. Test and iterate messaging and content types to improve KPIs
13. Provide regular reports and recommendations on copy and content performance
14. Stay updated with platform changes and evolving best practices
