About the Job
We're looking for a results-oriented Social Media Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of content strategy, audience behaviour, and analytics to build brand presence and engagement.Key Responsibilities-
1. Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
2. Plan and manage content calendars in coordination with creative and copy teams.
3. Lead campaign ideation, targeting, and performance tracking.
4. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine social strategies.
5. Monitor platform trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to ensure content relevance.
6. Manage social media reporting and present insights with actionable suggestions.
7. Collaborate with clients to align content with brand voice, values, and goals.
8. Coordinate with performance marketing for integrated digital campaigns.
9. Lead influencer outreach or partnership strategy (if applicable).
Requirements-
1. 0-1 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout, Buffer, etc.).
3. Demonstrated success in growing online presence and engagement.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
5. Experience working with creative teams and managing timelines.
6. Self-driven and comfortable with a remote work setup.
7. Agency experience preferred.
