1. Build from zero: Design our entire recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience, and campaign - all remotely
2. Create digital-first systems: Set up ATS, virtual interview frameworks, remote candidate pipelines, and digital tracking systems
3. Develop remote strategy: Research best practices for remote hiring, virtual onboarding, and distributed team recruitment
4. Master digital sourcing: Find and engage candidates across global platforms and virtual communities
5. Scale remote operations: Create location-independent processes that work across time zones
6. Pioneer virtual recruitment: Establish video interviewing, remote assessments, and digital candidate experience
