About the Job
As an online English communication coach at PlanetSpark, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and transforming them into confident speakers and storytellers. Your impact begins from day 1 – right from the first demo session to delivering full-fledged live classes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Host high-impact 1:1 demo classes: Conduct engaging, interactive, and energy-driven demo sessions using PlanetSpark’s curated curriculum to ignite curiosity, boost student engagement, and drive enrollments.
2. Deliver powerful live learning experiences: Facilitate structured, skill-based live classes with a strong focus on public speaking, creative writing, and communication skills to help students become confident communicators and critical thinkers.
3. Provide personalized growth-oriented feedback: Share timely, constructive, and actionable feedback tailored to each learner to foster measurable growth, confidence, and continuous skill development.
4. Ensure seamless class operations & learning continuity: Balance demo and regular sessions efficiently, maintaining a high standard of teaching excellence, learner satisfaction, and classroom engagement across the student lifecycle.
