We’re on the hunt for a full-time technical content writer who can turn complex AI, LLM, and telephony concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest stories.You’ll be the person who can:
1. Explain APIs and low-latency architecture so developers nod in approval and business leaders actually get it.
2. Write like an engineer when precision matters, but tell a story like a tech journalist when it counts.
3. Understand or be excited to dive into- the voice AI space: streaming audio, conversational AI, TTS, and cloud telephony.
4. Optimise for SEO without drowning content in keyword soup.
5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and developer advocacy teams to take content from idea to publication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and create blogs, developer guides, product docs, case studies, and thought leadership on AI voice tech.
2. Build API walkthroughs, tutorials, and SDK integration guides that developers actually enjoy reading.
3. Translate technical features into clear, tangible benefits for audiences ranging from AI researchers to enterprise IT buyers.
4. Keep content consistent across web, docs, email, and social- while tailoring tone for each.
5. Work closely with engineers to ensure technical accuracy without losing readability.
