About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Understand the academic needs of students and parents through detailed consultations and recommend suitable one-to-one tutoring plans.
2. Explain the company’s personalized learning solutions (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, etc.) and effectively pitch the product to drive enrollments.
3. Conduct demo sessions or coordinate trial classes and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
4. Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM and manage the complete sales funnel — from inquiry to closure.
5. Build trust with parents by addressing their academic concerns and demonstrating how the tutoring program ensures learning outcomes.
6. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students
