Key responsibilities:1. Conducting 100 connected outbound calls daily to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Maintaining and updating customer databases in CRM and MS Excel.
3. Providing sales support to the sales team by following up on leads and inquiries
4. Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients
6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
