Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
2. Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries.
3. Provide product/service information and demo to potential clients.
4. Follow up with interested leads via phone or email.5.
5. Maintain and update the customer database.
6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
7. Handle customer objections professionally and close deals when possible.
8. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach.
